At The Lakeside Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for a refund of the merchandise price.
Locate Your Packing Slip
Find the original packing slip included in your shipment and complete the Return/Exchange form located on the back of the document.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Apply the Shipping Label
Affix the pre-addressed return label from your packing slip to the outside of your package; please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or USPS mailbox and retain your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
